Eligibility for Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Items must be:
- Unused and in original condition.
- In original packaging (sealed, shrink-wrapped, etc.).
- Non-returnable items include:
- Opened trading card packs or boxes.
- Digital/downloadable products.
- Clearance or final sale items.
- When the description says non returnable
How to Request a Return
- Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll reply within 2 business days with next steps.
- Return shipping is at your expense unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Include photos of the item and packaging.
- We’ll offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
